HubBox came to us with an idea for a totally new startup that would solve the issue of missed deliveries in London. After them telling us what they wanted to achieve, we formed a partnership that would ultimately take them from a completely new concept to an up-and-running company with a brand, a website, a beta app and finally a live, working app online.
Responsiveness is absolutely crucial to the functionality of a modern website. With people using a huge range of mobile devices for browsing online, websites can no longer be made for specific desktop dimensions. So, as with all of our websites, HubBox was designed to be a totally responsive website that could be viewed easily and intuitively on all and any screen sizes.
With an agreement that the site should remain as uncluttered as possible, a clean, modern design was achieved. It was crucial that the service was clear to understand and that the site was very simple to use whilst also providing an engaging user experience. This would encourage new users to engage with the site, brand and service and potentially sign up. Transitions, effects and animations were use to achieve this, emphasising the natural progression and flow of the website and the HubBox process.
HubBox is above all a service - a parcel delivery and collection service - and thus it was imperative to develop an online app that would facilitate this. Functionality within the app included the ability to log in via the website, to find and select Collect Points near you, to track parcels and receive notifications via email concerning the status of your deliveries.Got a project in mind?
